Shipping charges

The samplers are available in paper format and in digital PDF format.

If you choose PDF format, NO shipping costs are applied.

If you choose paper format, the cross stitch charts will be posted as a letter with Belgian Post.
There will be shipping costs and these can be very expensive.

Shipping charges (for charts in PAPER format)

You live in Belgium :

If your order weighs 50-100 grams (1 chart), the shipping cost is 2,98 euro.
If your order weighs 100-350 grams (2 or 3 charts), the shipping cost is 4,47 euro.
If your order weighs 350-1000 grams (4 or more charts), the shipping cost is 7,45 euro.

You live in Europe :

If your order weighs 50-100 grams (1 chart), the shipping cost is 8,34 euro.
If your order weighs 100-350 grams (2 or 3 charts), the shipping cost is 13,90 euro.
If your order weighs 350-1000 grams (4 or more charts), please inquire for the shipping cost.

You live outside Europe :

If your order weighs 50-100 grams (1 chart), the shipping cost is 9,00 euro.
If your order weighs 100-350 grams (2 or 3 charts), the shipping cost is 15,00 euro.
If your order weighs 350-1000 grams (4 or more charts), please inquire for the shipping cost.
